Q. What is your discipline policy?
A.You can view our documentation page which has everything you need including our discipline policy.

Verbally correct the child using clear language and redirect the child’s attention.

If unfavorable behavior continues, the child will be moved to a different area and encourage to engage in a different activity led by a staff member. A staff member would clearly indicate to the child which behavior is acceptable and unacceptable.

If behavior persists and redirection is not successful, the staff member will further explain to the child why his/her actions are unacceptable and offer alternative ideas on how the child can handle their feelings and actions in the future. The parents will be notified if their child’s actions continue.

At no time will any child be disciplined by means of cruel or abusive language or actions. Comfort, affection, food or necessities shall never be with held from a child as a means of discipline. Furthermore, never shall a child be disciplined by means of corporal punishment, physical or emotional abuse.

Q. Can I join you on a field trip?
A. Parents are always welcome to join us on any field trips.

Q. Can I sit in and observe before enrolling my child?
A. Absolutely, we want to make sure you are comfortable with the care your child will be receiving.

Q. What if I am running late when picking up my child?
A. There will be a $5 late fee applied for every five minutes late when picking up your child.

Q. Can I remove my child at any time from your daycare?

Q. Do you offer hourly rates?
A. Yes we offer hourly rates for infants and toddlers which are by availability only.
